Hi MSG'ers -

We�d like to learn more about you and your workflows, so we are conducting a series of one-on-one interviews with a select group of Seattle-based contributors during the week of March 16th to better understand your usage of microstock websites.

The interview will last approximately 90 minutes, in which you talk with a usability analyst and perhaps one or two others from the team. As we�re interested in how you work, we�d like to conduct this interview at your place of business, studio or home office. To thank you for your time and feedback, we�ll be giving all participants a $150 Apple gift certificate.

Thanks Tyler. I couldn't have put it better myself.

I'm really looking forward to meeting more local microstockers through this. It's a great opportunity for those who participate, as well as for us to observe users in the own environment, talk/walk through your workflows, and beyond - should be a good time.

I'm three hours south, otherwise I would participate.

Not easy to get us microstockers out in the sun.  We might blow our Forum - cover...

Is anyone in touch with Avava? I think he's from Seattle and would be a great interview.

I'm not sure if he is still actively submitting to micro, I think he was just testing the numbers. I know he was a little sour on this place and isn't posting anymore, but maybe you can catch him by PM.

Jonathan is a very well-known traditional stock photographer who I'm certain has direct, personal relationships with many people at Corbis. And yes, he's a good suggestion.

I think all Seattle microstockers are exclusive with iStock.

Im about two hours west of Seattle, but with the price of gas + ferry + parking I dont think I will be able to make it. Sounds like fun though. I would like to meet the other five stock photographers living in the Pacific Northwest

Ya, same here. I dont think I have ever even been in an Apple store.

Corbis have got a London office, someone from there is welcome to come to my studio and if they ask nicely I'll let them buy me lunch.
