At the end of December I had over $100.00 in my account.

On the 1st of January it disappeared, and went back to zero.

The missing amount is not listed under the 'Pending Payment' heading, however, in the 'Click to Show Payment History', it shows the amount was paid on the 13th of January.  So far, it has not lodged in my PayPal account.

Is this normal? Have others had this happen to them?

I sent the site an e-mail, and I received a standard reply within seconds, stating 'Our office will be closed January 2nd for New Years Holiday. Responses may be delayed a bit longer than usual'  Perhaps someone should notify them that it is now the 17th of January!  :o

Exactly the same here. At the end of December I made more than $100 and during the first days of January some days showed the correct amount in 'pending payment' and some days showed $0. Yesterday I  found that the payment history shows this amount as paid. At the beginning of January I contacted support and received the same automatic response about holidays  (it had sense by these dates though) and a few days later I got a generic response that actually didn't address the problem. I though it was due to my  poor wording in the question sent to support or simply that they didn't take the time to really understand the issue. Anyway they told me that they use to pay around 15th every month so I decided to wait. Now it shows as paid but I didn't receive the money...

Same here. This is probably the worst publicity any company can do to itself.

I checked Veer and it said my payment was made Jan 16 (PayPal) but when I log in to PayPal there's no money there. I'll give it a bit longer before contacting support (as Jan 16 was a US federal holiday) but I'd have expected it to show up by now - it's lunchtime on the east coast and business day has started even here on the west coast.

Does anyone know if Veer is going to pay those who didn't reach payout by the end of the year?  My port is still tiny, so this has been the only way I've reached payout the past two years, but I'm not seeing anything that says they will repeat this year.

I'm sure that they stopped that Karin. I made about $75 in the Dash For Cash upload payments back in 2010, but didn't get a (business) year end payout like they used to do. An EL this year took me to an Oh So Close $93. Sadly, my images are all "too editorial" or not of "sufficient aesthetic quality" so I could be waiting a while for payout! Bit of a shame as I used to think that the Corbis policy of paying out all commission earned at year end (regardless of amount) was a great benchmark for the industry -one that all agencies should follow. Kind regards, David.

A poor performer like this really needs to have a lower threshold.  I've been over $90 for a few months now, but when all I sell is .25 or .35 it's not looking like I'll even cash out in 2012.  They sent me a year end payout once that was I think 1.25, I've had one real payout since then but I don't feel like I have a lot of hope to get another one right now.

The moral of my rambling LOWER THE MINIMUM PAYOUT.

Me too, I haven't got the payout. It's like we're being payed by Veer's reviewers.

Has anybody got the money?

It's still NO!

I can't see why Veer can't pay us whenever we request payout over $100 just like any other site.

They are holding our money too long.

I hope they realize photographers have expenses and bills to pay too.

I don't have the cash yet either.

I don't have a problem with a monthly schedule - it works fine for SS, for example, and they pay like clockwork much earlier than the 15th of the following month. I don't like vagueness and dates that don't agree when it comes to money. The site says we were paid on the 16th but we weren't. It's now two days after that date and so the "day or two" has passed. Where are the payments?

If there's been a problem with the payouts, then just let us know, but no handwaving or vagueness please. Agencies collect from buyers up front, our work goes to buyers and then the agency sits on the money a while before paying us. There's already a lot of "float" built in to benefit the agency; stretching out the time even more on the back end is unreasonable.

Hi all- It usually will take a day or two for the payment to process following the update to your Dashboard page.  Our apologies for the confusion.

Three days and no money here. Where is the confusion?  Ryan, not paying is a serious issue and we deserve a clear explanation of what is happening instead of blah blah blah ???

The disturbing thing is that it is still listed as "paid"....at least you should clarify the situation on the site!
