I look a look at my public portfolio at Veer (because of the nonsense with the Alamy "partner" program) and it said I have 539 images in my portfolio.

I thought I had 839 because that's what I see approved in the Dashboard. I backed up to look at the approval dates 240+ images ago, and they were April 18th. In other words, my images approved one month ago or less are not online or for sale. I'm just flabbergasted.

I'd come to terms with the tedious upload process, glacial review times and weak sales - other than subs the amounts per sale are pretty decent. But somehow the idea that they can't get an image live faster than a month, just makes them look antique. This isn't slides that need to be duplicated...

When they finish making an "addressment" to the mess with putting our images on Alamy, perhaps they could comment on why they're busy doing that when they can't even get them live on their own web site.

Interesting.  I never noticed.  I show 3401 have been approved but only 3038 in my public profile.  But it goes back way before April.  That 363 missing images goes back several months.

I wonder if the missing images aren't chronological.  I don't want to go through over 3k images to find out which ones are missing, but this is definitely strange...

My port has 1385 vs the 1430 it lists on my dashboard.

I do see an image I submitted 2-27-2012 on the public portfolio, but since it doesn't seem to be in chronological order there might be more recent ones. That does seem sort of slow. I would think once they actually review them it shouldn't take that long to get them live (I can understand a few days or even a week, but it shouldn't be longer than that).

I noted this in the other thread about our portfolios on Alamy and PocketStock, but I was furious to discover that my whole portfolio (as uploaded to Veer) of 839 is available on PocketStock, but still only 593 show at Veer...tossers.

Then, in looking at which images were where I noticed that one of my best selling files (nighttime skyline of San Antonio) has had its keywords altered on Veer including removal of San Antonio and Texas.

The grand finale is that I used the Contact Us link on Veer's site which generates e-mail to [email protected] and the e-mail bounced. Their site generates an address of [email protected]/ and the trailing slash makes it invalid

WTH?   ;D

So I check my numbers...516 approved, 461 live.  Go back to start, and this time I open my live portfolio in a new tab.  Now all of my images are showing up live.  Looks more like a glitch than transfer delay.

Wow... 6070 approved images, only 5707 showing in my portfolio.
Hello, Brian...?

When I look at my image IDs it almost looks like more than a month.

So now it's not just a pain to wait until images are reviewed but then they take another month+ to be in the collection?

This is even worse than back in the day Alamy had to be supplied with DVDs via snail mail.

Very disappointing performance here.
