Title: Problems uploading via browser?
Post by: chrisdorney on October 05, 2012, 15:30
Hi,

For a few days now, i have had problems uploading images via the browser.  It gets about two-thirds through and then stops.  Anyone else having this problem?  Never had this problem before, until a few days ago.

thanks,

Chris.

...it's actually now uploading BUT then it says the file could not be processed - unknown error.

Very frustrating.  Don't think I'll bother with them anymore :(

Still having problems uploading via browser.  They replied to my email and confirmed that there are problems with this part of the site and they are working to fix it.  I don't believe them to be honest - how can a problem like this last a few weeks?  They don't give a * in my opinion.

They have one more week to sort it out then I'm going.

I find the first attempt fails, then the second attempt goes through each time.  Odd, but at least it is possible to upload.

I get "unknown error." As the earnings are low there and reviews take for ages I've just been waiting and try every now and then. Probably been happening for two weeks.

Gave that a try -but, no, just keep getting the unknown error message. It's about time they turned that into a known error -and fixed it. Regards, David.
