I now had my second refund at Veer this month. With the number of sales they have, that is really disturbing. Anyone ever heard an explanation from Veer about this?

Read my post a few above yours - they say credit card fraud

In my case it was a refund for 43,75$ (production for resale).  In fact, at the same time of the purchase of the production for resale license I had a 3,5$ sale for the same image (also refunded). This is a typical situation where a customer purchases the cheap license to check the quality of the image at full size and then he purchases the extended license if the image is OK. Someone that is committing fraud don't operate like that. He doesn't need to purchase the cheap license because he is not putting any money in risk. He just can purchase anything he wants as long as he is not going to pay at all. I really feel pi$$ed off by Veer and am seriously considering deleting my account.

Thanks, I missed that. Sounds like a pretty big fraud then, judging from the number of people posting here alone...

If I had to give a refund of $80 I would be in arrears and would have to borrow money to pay them back lol! This is unreal!

I would have thought that Bill would have done a better job on ownership of this company. He did move them from Canada to Seattle...

And I had two "Large Return" ($3.50x2) on 30/03/2012
Very sad :(((

P.S. But what I can't get after reading this post is that why someone who used fake credit card would buy (production for resale) license?

Just my point in a previous post above. I got a production for resale refund along with a large refund for the same image which were purchased at the same time (and refunded one month later both at the same time). Someone that takes care of his money and first downloads a large image to evaluate the quality and then he pays for the EL is a typical scenario of a honest buyer. Not someone going to use a fake credit card.

Ryan is here around quite busy with another post, It would be nice if he could drop by and give some explanations about all these refunds...
