So, I'm trying to fill up this tax form.

And when I try to submit it, it says, I need to check the box in the 9a question for reduced tax witholding.

So, where is this 9a checkbox? Am I blind or something?

Hi Dumc,

I apologize for this. We are using a new tax for that has removed the extra steps in box 9, regarding treaty countries. We are working on removing that specific popup from the website. As long as you have listed a country in box 9, and that country has a tax treaty with the US, you are going to be fine.
