Right now they limit us to 100 uploads a week.  Hoping that changes once they go live, although I'm hoping more they can bring in customers and make all the effort worthwhile.

Mine was at a 100, I uploaded 50...then the next day it jumped to 60.  I just logged in and its now at 63.  So I am not sure what the deal is...but the first 50 I uploaded was on Monday.

Yeah I'm not sure exactly how it works, but it has been stated to be 100 per week, though my limit has read as high as 110 at times. Not sure why.

Mine has fluctuated too, although never much over 100.  Guess they are working bugs out of the software?

I have a good acceptance rate and would like to upload my better files from over the last year, but don't want to upload in dribs and drabs which makes it hard to keep track of things, particularly when they seem to go missing in action while they are being reviewed.  Can I upload more than my current limit, but only submit to that limit?

Yes, I uploaded the majority of my portfolio over a couple of days. The only thing that counts against your limit is the actual submit button.
