Same for me... almost all images get the "Needs Work" due to lack of color profile, but they get accepted anyway.

I've noticed that vectors take much longer to get accepted than photos

I have the same problem. Perhaps it's a glitch on Veer? Never had it before. I also don't know how to add a color profile on site since I export JPG color profile included.

Me too, but when I click submit it goes on through. I didn't even know what that meant til now.
