Title: Veer Planned Outage December 17th

Heads up - contributor.veer.com will be down for maintenance on Saturday, December 17, 2011. The website will be functioning as normal, but all contributor tools (Workspace and Dashboard) will be unavailable from approximately 8:00AM PT until 11:00AM PT.

We apologize for any inconvenience, and hope this advance notice gives you time to adjust your workflows accordingly.

Thanks for the heads up.  Just as a small aside, is there any possibility you could use GMT on these sort of announcements in future?  We are a global community and I would have thought that everyone has some idea of how their own timezone relates to GMT, whereas it is only US contributors who are likely to know what PT is or how their own time relates to it.

Thanks StockCube - good suggestion. We'll add GMT for future outage or timing notifications.

Just an update: we are still tightening some bolts behind the scenes and expect to keep the site down a bit longer. We'll update this post and our Twitterfeed (@VeerContributor) when we finish maintenance and are live.
