Malaysia not a country that has a tax treaty, but after I'm submitted the W-Ben form and it approved and shown "Based on the information you submitted, you may be subject to a 30% federal withholding rate. " I'm sold a HD video ,and CC Trans Fee is $1.84, and tax withheld is $14.15 and finally I only get $33.01.

Any Malaysian here can confirm with me whether is it correct?

Not Malaysian either, but that is correct. I get -30% also.
