Hi, I just signed up to VB as a footage contributor. What is the shortest duration allowed?

No minimum from what I can tell. Three minute maximum.

Also, do they accept editorial contents? For instance, landmark buildings with corporate logos as a part of city skyline, should they be regular stock footage or editorial?
