NOT in the UK, where our ASA states that:
...alcohol ads must not ... link... alcohol with irresponsible behaviour, social success or sexual attractiveness., although this 'might' be a grey area, as the pic features seniors and that guideline is particularly about advertising to young people.

To me the image has the woman thinking, "Oh, sh*t, he's drinking again. I'll just read my book."

OK... I didn't mean to be a killjoy or anything. I just wanted to understand what was so funny about the image. I genuinely don't get the joke.
The only funny thing I can see there is that he might think he's luck's in, and isn't picking up the signal that she just wants to read her book. In which case he's getting carried away in his own little world, not realising he'll be booted out of bed in the next few minutes. But that wouldn't fit with the title.
ETA: As Shady Sue said, there are potentially very negative connotations in there too.

I think it is an ad for sleeping pills. She has to read a book and he has to take a drink before sleeping. Nothing sinister here ;)

No I think Sue's right, now that I've looked at the title of the actual image:
"seniors-man-with-alcohol-in-bed"
...as opposed to the title on the blog:
"The Secret to a Long Sex Life".

If she was saying that I'd expect the setting of the scene to be pre-1960s. Hopefully no woman thinks or speaks like that today. If she does, she needs better friends.

This actually reminds me of a method in psychoanalysis, probably well known.
The therapist shows an image to the patient and asks him to imagine the story behind the picture. :) It happens that different people find totally different interpretations reflecting their own thoughts and feelings.
First when I saw the picture I thought he tries to poison her! ;D

Yeah I thought of that sex drug initially... but didn't want to say that out loud because it's such a repulsive thing. BUT... I'm sure I only thought of that because of the title on the blog.
It's not so subjective if your mind is already influenced by the title.
