I have 125 images there.  Ten sales, but nothing since last August.  At this rate I dont expect to see a second payout.  At least they have done better for me than Crestock, but thats really d*mning with faint praise.

Yes, they seem to be, had my first and last sale (only started a few months ago) in March. Not much but still better as others and I like their speed and service. Good luck to you!

After another month of great views and 0 sales I just sent them this email:

Please help.
I've had no sales this year even though views seem to be up substantially. I request that you check my account and see if there is a technical reason I have not had any sales credited to me since October 13, 2009. Thank you.
Lou

We'll see what happens. If I decide to pull all my images from there does anyone have any advice other than to delete them one-by-one?

3 sales this month for 2.5 euros.  I will stick with them for the partner sales and see if they add more partners.

It's been 10 months since I got a sale. Not even worth checking the site. Absolutely no reason for me to upload there any more.

Something's going on ... good! For the last several quarters, all the sales I was getting were the 3rd party. I've had several since 8/25, so things are starting to look better. Whatever you're doing, YAY, keep it going!  ;D

i happened to read the newsletter and realise that you need to apply for the 3rd party program? that's what in their website.

"If you want to join the 3rd party program, you'll need to go through a selection process. Make a project folder with your 100 best images and send it to [email protected]. We will then look at your portfolio and see if it could fit any of our partners. Usually selections are made on a quarterly basis, but this depends on the demands from our partners."

so why not make an option button to opt in or opt out? i totally didn't aware of it till i read the newsletter.

Writing a simple greasemonkey script may do the trick. But I don't usually remove my port from any site (unless they really did something bad to me): once pictures are there, the hard work is done. Why removing? The way microstock is changing everyday, having port on as many as possible site is a sort of guarantee.

By the way, I have about 1 sale per month at YAY with thousands of pictures, which is very bad of course. So I stopped uploading. But after what happened yesterday, I am rconsidering supporting low-earners as well as the big ones.

Make a project folder with your 100 best images and send it to [email protected].

What do they mean by this?  Upload 100 of them all over again in a fresh batch???

Confused.

Nope! Go through your port on Yay. Under each image (not the thumbnails, but the full size image) there is a "add to project folder" button. When completed, go to your folder (there is a link at the top of the Yay site) and choose the "make folder public" option. This generates a link for your folder. Email that link to Yay. Done! Hope that helps, regards, David.

Last week I had my first sale at YayMicro! For 1,- EUR. ;)
I was waiting for this one to come for about 9 months. But I am happy with it anyway. Simply because I take my contribution to MicroStock agencies as a hobby & great fun mainly! :)

And also sale of my image for 1,-EUR makes me happy, although if I had more sales of my images I would be much, much more happy of course! ;D

I also see this sale as a good and positive sign actually! It tells that some sales are happening there. (Although very low and rare I know I know.)
But anyway, I am still thinking positively about them hopefully more sales will follow!

This image was sold:
Isolated 3d model of ethanol [alcohol] - C2H6O molecule

Summary of my stats at YayMicro:
Online files: 89 (all 3D renderings)
Sales: 1
Online for about 9 months.

it is kind of funny because i guess many users are not aware of this 3rd party program... are only those images in folders are in it? or all portfolio?

The folder is an aapplication. If those pics are good enough, you get included. If not, you get turned down. If you are included, they will go through all of your pics regularly, and choose the ones they want for the Third Party Program.

A nice anomaly from Yay: The last 30 days I have had 5 sales at Yay from my miniscule port of approx. 100 images there. Thats way more than Bigstock and Canstock over the same period.

Ive also seen my first low 0.5 commision. Anyways, I hope this is a new trend for Yay sales volume.
