Hi,

From now and then I receive e-mails from Yay that they intake of images is up etc. So people seem to upload there. Is anyone active with them ? What are your impressions as of 2023 ?

Had to literally threaten legal action to get them to delete my images. Would not touch them.

Regretted uploading video to them in the first place. Sales are slow (last sale was in November), the RPD is bad (although it could be worse coughShutterstockcough), but removing my port would be a waste of all the time spent uploading.

I would not invest time there - my about 20k images are doing something aroung $10 a month.
Sales are $0,25 each, never below, never above.

I thought I was finally going to get a payout after 10 years but I see they have increased threshold to $60, so it might take another 10 years.

Hello everyone,

I logged in to YayImages again after a while and noticed that no sales have been displayed in my account since September 25, 2023 - a good 8 months ago

Until then, there were usually between 20 and 40 sales per month and 1-2 times a year there was a payout.

Maybe someone has heard something - have they gone bankrupt again and are they simply no longer reporting sales and pocketing the dollars themselves?

Thank you

My last sales were in November. So there were sales after September, it's just really slow, bordering on near-death.

@Noedelhap
Thank you for the answer!

I usually had between 10 and 30 sales a month over the last 2 1/2 years at YayImages and since September 23, 2023 I "supposedly" haven't had a single one.

I have had no response to support requests (now tried 5x over the last 6 months).

It looks to me as if nothing more is coming and the existing credit is probably gone too.

I just discovered I have 5 images there from my old panthermedia account. Is the place still dead? Do they communicate?
