Ok...I"ve moved twice since I last posted on these boards lol.  So, I've had to change my email to my stock sites, and I have a standard email box, not devoted to my internet provider.

I CANNOT log in to my account.  I contacted support, and they updated my email but told me they couldn't give me what my password was, and told me to use the 'forgot password?' button.  So I did, only every time I do, I get an error saying it cannot do that at this time.

I'm not even exactly sure what my login is LOL.  I was pretty sure, and still am, but with it not letting me log in...frustrating.

Is there anything I can do?  I know that's a stupid question, but I figured I'd put this on here in case somebody else may have login issues.

Password should be on the way now, I tried the forgot password and did see the problem and corrected it.     We had just moved to new web servers and simply missed adding our 'forgot password' email account (that sends out the password to you) to the new ones. Voila, instant confusion.

I have no problems with log in but I doubt if it's worth to submit anything until site is fixed:
* Art Manager is still off
* I have no ideas what have happened with the few images I submitted several weeks ago - they disappeared from the pending list; they aren't shown in rejected but they can't be found via search. And I can't check via Art Manager either. So it seems they just disappeared :(

That's ok, I can't even get FTP to work LOL.  But at least I can get in now.

The Art Manager is just about ready, delayed due to having to wait for legal to finish the new Extended License, and also admittedly trying to accomplish more than could be accomplished within this project scope.       Calvin Klein always says "take one item off before leaving the house".. well, we don't like to leave things out of systems without a fight - but a delay now generally means a new feature can come online quicker at a later date.

As a note, Sticherladyxx is logging in again after getting her monthly payout so it's worth something to someone.  ;)

The site seems fast now.  I have no problems logging in but still no sales since October.  When I get a few sales, I will start uploading again.

I didn't mean to say that Zymmetrical isn't worth submissions at all :) What I mean is that my few images seems to be lost completely, so it's probably worth waiting for Art Manager to come alive before submitting anything else...

At least Art Manager will allow me to see if my images are online (or just disappearing). Right now I don't see my images anywhere. They're just gone.

Same here. Zym seems to have lost many FTP sessions for me. My ad hoc solution is only to upload by the plugin. I'm totally blank now what they have or don't have, of my 177 10-photo batches. Before, it took forever to see your port by the Art Manager since it took forever to crwl through the pages. I hope it will be faster when the new version is ready.

I will keep uploading and investing time since they give a decent return on work, unlike the many subscription sites, or sites that turned subscription like Dreamstime. The exception being Shutterstock that makes up by volume, extended and on demand. It's more a question of principle than of money. I don' work for stealth-subscription any more.
