I just had my had my first approved images come out of the queue :)

I have a couple of questions about the features of Zymmetrical ...

#1 How do I price my photos?
#2 Where do I see how many views my photos have
#3 How do I use the filter in the status text box as all I see in that column are icons?
#4 I hover my mouse over the camera icon and it says "video" on all every image

#1   www.zymmetrical.com/account/artmanager/ - You can Update Price on each file once every 8 days. We will have a bulk update option on there soon.

#2   We do not expose photo view counts to the public, this type of data is aggregated into our Zyrank algo which ranks files from 0 (least juice) to 10 (smokin' hot). All files start off at Zyrank 5, and can either sink or swim.

#3 + #4   Good questions- that page is definitely still a work in progress. The Filter for those types of columns will actually be a dropdown box. No need to make people type in a word, if theres only 3 possible words total (Awaiting Review, Rejected, Approved).  In the meantime, you can always click on the column header 'Status' and that will sort the column by status - almost as good as filter.

I fixed the label on the Camera icon. Good catch.  ;)

Yes, it was a very isolated event common to 4 new users who signed up in a certain time period the night before last. It was a coding mistake made by myself late the night before and will not be repeated - the FTP system is stable and working securely. We use the highest security standards on the site, including password encryption and SSL for all login and registration pages.

For those of you familiar with the site I need help.  Last night I sent 10 photos by webform.  Then I uploaded model releases.

How do I check that data arrived and attach the model releases?

Last night there was a pencil "edit" icon beside my submitted files.  I clicked it and it took me nowhere.

This morning I no longer have the edit icon beside my pending files.

I click on the photo, nothing, I click the checkbox and the photo, nothing happens.

It seems like something is wrong, or is it just me being too old to learn a new site?

Theres a lot of changes happening daily, so apologies for the confusion.

The pencil icon will make a reappearance soon, and it will pop up an area that let's you associate a model release for that submission. The checkboxes are there to allow batch selection.

So, consider the Submissions area currently 'read-only' - it is just showing the status of the files and that's all.    As soon as I figure out how to clone myself, I will get some of these user interface works-in-progress done.  :P

Would it not make sense to 5 user test this site or even put it in beta before going live??? This is very basic stuff we're talking about here!  :-[

Contakt, I am sorry, have we miscommunicated? We are very much in Beta and in a pre-launch state:

This is not a "get out of responsibility free card", Beta means that technology these days allows us to let people visit our shopping mall while it is under construction - not possible in the physical world, possible on the internet. Basically at the very least you aren't going to get bonked in the head by falling bricks.  :P
