Title: 123rf going out of business?
Post by: Stonefirewon on February 17, 2026, 19:58
I've had nearly a 1000 images waiting to be processed for over a year. I've written them a dozen times. When I try to upload my images don't show up. I've called their USA office a number of times and get no answer. I think they are going out of business.

With the amount of sales most folks get they might as well be out of business. I believe the original owners have moved on as well. Company is a joke!

This place hasn't been safe for a long time. I left more than a year and a half ago, with the regret of doing late. You should flee this place.

I thinking the same thing, just check your portfolio on Google "123RF + Your usermane" and you can see all your files.
And about the upload I found the solution, just go to "filter" check or uncheck any buttons (commercial, editorial, free etc...) and your files should appear.

Getting no reply from their support team too.

From what contributors are reporting, this looks systemic, not isolated. Year long review queues, uploads not showing, no replies from support, and a very slow website are all being widely mentioned about 123RF. Some people havent seen a sale in months, and it feels like the platform is running on autopilot. Interestingly, files sometimes appear indexed on Google but not properly inside the contributor account, so they exist, but the backend seems broken. Overall, the community sentiment is loss of trust and gradual abandonment.

Can't believe so many people still submit there. Have some self-respect ! Btw there was barely any support when I left in 2018 so that's not exactly news

Payments are automated. From the FAQ:
My account has surpassed the minimum payout limit. How do I request for payment?
No request is necessary. All payments are made on or after the 15th following the month that Your Minimum Payout Threshold is reached. Payments are generally made by the 3rd week of the month.
I exceeded the minimum payout threshold last month and still no payment received this month.
