is georank a requirement for all images? or just images that are specific to an area?

It is no requirement for any image. It is just you, doing the agency's work.

I also had the same question. If I pick "USA" for all my photos, are they generally only shown to a USA audience? I would like to think my photos could go to anyone, anywhere in the world.
