I tried to join 123rf 2 months ago, uploaded my id to get verified and it's still pending to this day.
I contacted the support 2 weeks ago, they said they're going to fix it, nothing happened.

Anyone else experienced this?

I guess you have missed that they are not in a very good state at the moment. I would let your registration go by. Better focus on the big three that will stay alive for at least a while.
