I have a sale in red (image bellow), it is self explanatory what it means but my question is: is this normal?
They used the image for 5 month and now they don't need it any more and they get their money back?

For 123, yes, refunds are normal.  Doesn't happen much on other agencies anymore and never so far on SS, FT or Canva but common enough on 123.  Another reason why you shouldn't submit there.

I stopped submitting after this last "commission cut" scam but I left my portfolio there, for now.

Oh God, client not happy with a (micro)sub download...says a lot about some of their clients as it does about that agency. Another one to go down the ImageBrief road soon...

I can only condemn the agency, the buyer is just another slick guy.
