All my subs for Feb are back to 21 cents!! Last months they were 28 c - hardly a fortune but better!
I'm wondering if there is a glitch in calculating Royalties for the new month. Anybody else noticed this?

My subs seem to be unchanged but I am waiting for a response from their support to tell me why I had two images sold at small size which netted me 12 cents each today.
I have opted out of their partner programme pending an answer....

If I'm not mistaken 123 levels are on a rolling 12 month basis and your commissions can change month to month because of that. You have one bad month and your cut can drop if you don't meet your level. Really a s&$tty deal.

Go to your account and uncheck the tick box for partner programmes.
It took me a while to find it.

Yes, same here - and I'm sure I did not drop in RC levels...

I'm being paid at the wrong level - 21.6 cents for a subscription instead of 32.4 cents - and I contacted support to fix it.

The royalty level (4 which is 45%) is correctly shown although I don't think they've updated the RC total for February (I don't write these down but I think it's the same as I looked at last month).

This is computer based rather than some pencil and paper process that needs a human to be there to make it work - can't understand what's so problematic about having the right thing happen at the beginning of the month.

I'm on level 4 and was set back to level 1 by mistake for january. Since febr. back on level 1 again. When sales are constant, you cannot fall back from four to one in a month. Problems with their system, waiting for an answer since saterday.

Where is anglee? I went and checked my stats and I am only getting paid at level 1 when I should be getting level 4. And I noticed that I got a whopping 18 cent download for a small non sub.

More than I got and still haven't heard from support.

mine are correct for this month (at least according to their new improved we'll take more rules, not the your sales will double promise), but they have dropped me down to the lowest level to start a few other months in the past.

I asked them that question in addition to the subs errors and they ignored that questions. They responded by simply cutting and pasting a canned response to only anyone who asks about the subs issue. I don't think they have an honest answer for non sub junk sales.  Probably "a negotiates special price"like all ms use.

I got the same email even though I only asked about the non sub sales. When I checked properly though it looked as if my commission level was also too low.
I would be surprised and delighted if we get a proper explanation and even more so if they actually do anything to improve the value of sales to contributors.
I can see this becoming another site which I stop contributing to before too much longer.

Thank you 123rf, I have just checked my sales and my commission rate has been returned to it's proper level and this months sales prices amended.
Still no explanation for the low non sub sales though though they have risen from 12 cents each to 16 cents each.
I am hoping they will get back to me on that one. I wish all sites had the same type of opt out option as Yaymicro where they tell you what price to expect and it is possible to opt in or out of each individual site.

My issue has been fixed but can you explain why this keeps happening?  We shouldn't have to deal with this each month...
