I just saw that my Earnings Balance is less than yesterday. That is because my total earnings of Aug 2016 are not included (=$0.00). Having a look at the earnings of Aug 2016 shows that there have been earnings in that month. Yesterday the earnings of Aug 2016 still have been included in the Earnings Balance. I think it's a software bug.

Anybody else?

Same here. Aug went to 0 today. But everything else looks normal so I wouldn't worry about it. Already have that payment anyway.

I think they calculate the payment as the Earnings Balance on the page Contributor's dashboard/Earnings/Monthly:


The sum Grand Total includes all the earnings of the last years and months, but today Grand Total is wrong because Aug 2016 is set to 0. Even if you have got the payment for Aug 2016 they will calculate the next payment wrong.

I have sent them a mail.

I have the same problem: Monthly earnings for August show: $00.00. Delve deeper into daily earnings and it shows the correct information. However, my earning's total does not reflect August. Only September. My last payout was mid-August so the grand total should display more than just September.

I had a payout in september, and since my august was very good my balance is now negative. Probably something went wrong with the month shift yesterday.

The graph at the dashboard shows correct numbers.

It's all automatic, and it hasn't reached 50 dollars yet 

All zeros showing for me in August too (though it wasn't). I'm not worried about the missing money as I know they'll sort it out in due course. I'm more anxious to find out if I really have dropped from level 2 to level 1 which I'm not thrilled about. Hoping that once the August sales are restored my level will revert back to 2.

I would encourage everyone to check out their August 123rf earnings and contact them if you have discovered an error. This is obviously not an isolated miscalculation. Its important that 123RF is contacted and made aware that there is a serious problem with their system so they'll right the wrong ASAP.

Yep, same here: only zeros for August.
I was hoping to get to level 5 this month. It did't work. Now I wonder if the few points I'm missing have been lost because of this bug.

Same here. Negative total balance. Hope it's just a bug and not them taking back the money for some "accounting error" reason... that happened before.

Same here. Zero earnings in August 2016. Not that I have too many sales anyways, but this is weird anyway. Contacted their support. Let's see what comes out of this.

Not on my page. The "earnings box" is inaccurate. It only displays September earnings.

Mine has returned too, and my balance is positive again :-)

Thanks for coming in to clear it up. Great that another agency rep is listening to contributors concerns. That makes two of the big sites active on here now. Where are ss and is?
