Hi

I'm curious if anyone is having the same problem as me.
I'm uploading by ftp, and everything is ok. FTP upload log says it's succes :) I can see files in the 'new upload' section.
But after editing, and submitting the files in approval status i can see " File Transfer Error -- Please check your file and resubmit."
I checked files and resubmit and it is the same.

info from support:
"Regarding your file transfer error, you need to resubmit those images again for review."

Tried 2 times with the same files...

I could never get their FTP upload to work and gave up

I'm getting file transfer errors and files simply disappearing after upload on the main SS uploader (I'm on the "bridge to bigstock" programme, which may or may not be involved.)

Same problem, "flie transfer error", uploading with xpiiks.
