Yes, I have filled out the information in the Canva trolley, in fact the last payments have been made through their new payment method, but this month I see this delay that seems strange to me

Canva Answer really Fast! I thought there was no problem with the tax form that I filled out months ago, I just filled out the Tax form today...

Mine expired too this month - maybe they should give a hint to that, would make it easier :-)

We all had to submit a new tax form.

Here's part of the email sent out in November 2023:

Hi Creator,

We recently updated the Contributor Agreement regarding requirements to meet global regulatory requirements. Starting April 1, 2024, Creator payouts will be subject to additional US royalties withholding tax applied to the US-sourced portion of your income.

To meet these requirements, you will need to complete the following actions, otherwise we may withhold payments:

- You are required to re-register your payout methods
- You are required to submit tax forms applicable to you
