Does anyone know how to delete or even find specific images in your portfolio?
The Guide in their FAQ is outdated and doen't work any more.

I only found how to deactivate, here: https://www.canva.com/portfolio
For deletion I guess you need to contact them, but I am not  sure.

Thanks so much. My text search box is greyed out, so no search by text. Is that the same for everyone?

Actually none of the searches are working, so pretty much useless.

The search is not working for me either, only for "media id" but if you don't have thousands of images you can scroll through the list :).
Please post here if you find a solution.

Thanks, I have a big portfolio so no way I can find it page by page. Especially when you cant skip pages. So much for "you can remove your images any time"
Nightmare!

Anyone else noticed that, when you go to https://www.canva.com/contributors/upload and then to approved and scroll down through port, there are duplicates or even triplicates of the same image? For example, when I scrolled down I found thumbnail for the same image in 3 different locations, when I right-click that image and then open in new tab image has exactly the same filme name?

And I'm pretty sure, I didn't upload the same image 3 times, and even if I would, filenames would be different?

Is there any other link to check your port?

Anyone else showing blank pages under this link (https://www.canva.com/contributors/upload) for approved, even though portfolio appears correctly under this link: https://www.canva.com/portfolio ?

Yes, me too. I never understood their contributor platform, it's very hard to navigate, so I rarely go there. I just upload via ftp and forget about them :))

Glad it's not just me! Hopefully it's just growing pains and they are actively recruiting more staff and revamping everything.

The back end and contributor support all needs work. Emails take them several months to reply to as well and it's almost always a new person dealing with the enquiry every time.
