Anyone else having a really bad month at Canva? Only 2 sales so far, which is higly unususal.

The vast majority of our royalties come from subscription usages these days, so looking at individual sales probably won't give you the most accurate picture.

July has been a normal / usual month for us, so there shouldn't be anything out of the ordinary with earnings when this month finishes and the royalties are paid out.

I know that most sales come from subscription, but going from 30-40 individual sales per month to only 4 in July (and I'm not expecting there to be many more) is a bit strange.

I just noticed today, did ya'all received correct amount for July earnings. After 30% taxes, my paypal payment was 3$ short.

I might have missed something but my payment for July is less that what it should have been.
The sum in the total payments is less than the sum in the total earnings. Everything is right for all other months.
Do you know their current mail for contributors? And if they are responding.
