what do I have to do now to find out what my sales are???
I so hate this rigmarole of brands etc - but actual sales data seems not to be found anywhere.....

i keep losing this page myself.
If you see nothing then on the left side of the page there should be a smily icon. To the right of this is an arrow, click on this and have a look at account settings, that page should (i think) have a link to sales

I can't find it either. It looks like payments, sales, portfolio links are missing.

I agree, those links not showing on my account. https://www.canva.com/sales works and is updating with sales today

I always keep the sales page open but it looks like it isn't showing up on the profile page any more - weird.  I can still get there through https://www.canva.com/sales as it has kept me logged in.  Maybe they are having site issues - could be why it seems to be slow there today.  I hope the buyer side is up and sales will just get reported late.

Thanks, that helped. Logging in and then manually adding "/sales" to the address worked for me.

Glad that helped.  I always get to my portfolio by clicking on one of the images listed under sales, then clicking on my user name at the upper right when the image page comes up.  Just checked and that is working fine.

Checked today and there is finally a third tab under account setting called 'admin' where you can get to sales and portfolio
