Up until now they wasn't deleting out photos, but only deactivating, now it seems that even that option is off the table

There you have it with small agencies, 123RF, Zoonar, DP, CS, they're all the same, hassle all the time and no (real) sales

Did you get the upload bonus for those images?  perhaps they are still locked in.

I actually did. They sent me an email, it said this:

"any file you add as part of the promotion will not be removed by you for a period of at least 12 months"

It's fair enough but maybe a little tough, 12 months is a lot

Tough or not, that's the deal you signed up for.

Absolutely right, and I'm not complaining. I'm actually happy with them and sales are starting, despite low prices.

 Just trying to understand. Now I'd like to know if the rule applies only for the files uploaded with the incentive, or also files uploaded after that. I'll ask them.
