I noticed that Depositphotos claims to have the photographer Konrad Bak as an exklusive artist:

However, I know for sure that he has his portfolio also on Fotolia, Dreamstime, Shutterstock and other stock agencies.

Just one image to prove, you could do that with hundreds:
http://de.depositphotos.com/15690919/stock-photo-Group-of-female-friends.html
is the same as
http://www.fotolia.com/id/47069247

Who is fooling who?

On the german site it says exclusive.

And Funny enough, if you click on he's account, it says non-exclusive :D

In English it says featured as well. Perhaps it is a case of poor translation?  Either way they should /need to get that fixed.

Yes, i also think it is a case of poor translation. Would be the only plausible explanation.

Okay, they made a mistake. That can happen - just send them an email and thats it. End of the story.
