My sales dried up a couple of days ago, with very late reporting of some sales on the 17th coming in (late on the 18th).  I checked the site's forum and - sure enough - they were having serious delays and were having to do something to get the site back up to date. It could take a couple of days for the server to pull everything back. Ok, fair enough, I thought, the sales from the 18th and 19th should turn up eventually.
Now I've just got a sale reported for the 20th but nothing from the 18th and 19th.  The last time there was a problem with sales reporting there was no way my earnings could possibly have been what was recorded, based on the value of sales I had showing in the list.
It seems very likely to me that DT is losing data during these periodic problems.
Are others seeing odd reporting - or no sales reported - for the 18th and 19th?

I had 1 reported for the 18th (a sunday, so at least a sale)
4 on the 19th
and only 1 so far today.

I noticed the sales were reporting slow, I guess that explains why.

I have sales for all days but they were mostly reported next day.  Sales for 19th are low side of normal.  Sales in general at dreamstime have not been good this month but not bad enough that I blamed reporting issues.  You may be right but if so how would we know?

The only way to get a good idea of it is if a lot of people say how their sales were over this period. So far it looks as is my lack of sales was a coincidence. If a lot of people had blanks on those days then there would be something to look into.

Yes, sales have been VERY delayed in reporting the last few days, but when reporting finally got caught up (just in the past hour or so for yesterday's sales), the numbers look normal.  In fact my Sunday and Monday totals were about 20% higher from the previous few Sundays and Mondays.  Sales for today (May 20) just started showing up... so I think that means no more Monday (May 19) sales to be reported.  Is anyone seeing evidence that May 19 sales are being reported AFTER May 20 sales start showing up?  I don't think that typically happens at DT.

I've seen huge delays (18 hours or so) between my balance going up and the sales showing up. But I was able to request a payout when my balance went over $100 even though the sales didn't show until the next day, which made me less worried about the details :)

I've never seen things show up out of order

Everything eventually "catches up" but it is getting worse. It started a couple of months ago and is escalating. It all seems ok for awhile but then it slows down. This latest lag has been going on since last Friday. Images are approved but take over 2 days to show up, same with sales. If they can't handle the volume they should get another server.

I'm pretty sure that if it was that simple they would have done it. I guess all these old sites are the equivalent of building extensions in Cairo, where a structure built to hold maybe a million photos has ramshackle bits piled on top of it to accommodate a library of a size that was unimaginable a decade ago (and we know what eventually happens to buildings like that).

I didn't have anything on the 18th but had normal sales on the 19th.  Didn't notice any delays in reporting but I haven't been looking either - will try to pay more attention going forward.

I see lots of lurches as well as overall lower volume at DT, but I have had sales over the last week - Saturday was a zero, but otherwise there are sales, where the balance goes up many hours before you can see what sold.

Before I became exclusive (so late 2007 through mid-2008) I saw my sales at DT fall off a cliff. That happened before I stopped uploading. I can only assume something in their secret sauce had shifted and I was "out" compared to where I'd been before.  What I'm seeing now is a slow decline in volume - for me, and perhaps it's for the site overall. RPD is up, but monthly income is down. I think their pricing policies are hurting them.

First quarter of 2014 was the lowest from 2008 to present, with the difference that in 2008 i had 3-400 images and now over 2500.

From 6 June I don't have any sales on Dreamstime, I have 57oo files and 11ooo downloads and after 9 years this situation is big disappointed.

I feel like a sailboat in the middle of the ocean and the wind has completely vanished! Just sitting here going nowhere...

June is my 3rd best month of the year already - although not many sales since 6-6, so it really got off to a roaring start (a bunch of PEL and TIFF sales helped a lot). Only a few bucks to be the BMY and within reasonable distance to be a BME - which would be the first BME for a significant selling site in a long time for me. I don't expect the pace of the first week to continue, but as long as it doesn't just completely stop I'll be quite pleased with them this month. I already more than doubled the April total (April was pretty dire though).

Yep my sales have dried up as well...just the odd sub sale every three or four days if I'm lucky.
