They (almost) always reply to "Contact us" e-mails. Sometimes it takes more, even days.

TRy opening a topic thread in their own forum. Serban (the owner) keeps a watch on his forums but he doesn't come here much.

I've had Windows 7 for less than a week now and this wierd stuff is happening to me on a daily basis.  Usually it's an IE thing, and I can do what I need to do in Firefox (haven't had to try Chrome yet but seems to make sense to have a 3rd browser installed).  Most of the problems I've had have surrounded Java and Windows security settings.    I can't hit the "ok" button on one of my topazlabs filters, the other 3 work like a charm.

Correct, I run a script blocker on FF and often until I allow the site, Send and buttons like that, will blink and do nothing. It appears that the new IE (which I don't use and I don't have Windows 7) are doing the same thing.

It's not DT that's broken, it's the browesrs. :(

Hope that helps Drop?

That too, I have so many scripts and java disabled, and things that "run" blocked, I never know. But the point the site is probably working fine, it's just us.  :)

XP, 7, or Windows 98SE shouldn't matter, it's something to do with the browser not allowing clicks and I'm fairly sure it's a Javascript issue. You may try to update to the latest Javascript and make sure it's installed and updated. Also FireFox has an IE emulator which works well on those small number of places that require IE browser. See if you can click on "TOOLS" and Always view this page in IE?

Here's the IE view add on for FireFox...   https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/ie-view/

Good Luck!
