I have been contacted by DT support to ask me for the raw file of an image.
Is a raw file paid better, same, worse, not paid?
If its paid the same or under a normal sale I will ignore the request
If the buyer uses credits it will sell for more (additional format - I think it is at least 4 credits (so you get 2)), but if the buyer uses subscription you will get only 0.30

Forget it it's not worth the hassle. Several contributors have reported that they did upload the raw after a request but the buyer didn't buy it.
Your RAW is your NEGATIVE its your PROOF that you are the author of the image - KEEP IT!
If the subscriber wants the RAW, they want the original.
If I was in your situation I'd ask big bucks for it.
My answer:
Hi Carmen,
Thank you for your quick answer.
You can say the customer that Im very pleased for his/her interest but I cant sell the raw at microstock prices because is my digital negative and the proof that Im the author.
If he/she wants the raw file I would only sell it for a minimum of 250usd each (note that the image is a composition of 9 different shoots) or total 2250 usd
Thank you very much.
Ivan
ps: gprphoto sorry for stealing your prhase ;D
Thanks but no thanks is what you should tell them. I mean, get real, why not have you deliver it by bicycle in person?
I can make copies of my original raw all day long they are still not getting the original.
My name and camera serial # is in the exif on raw file if it comes to a law suit they would need a proof of purchase by stock agency. The big money comes when the buy the photo outright.
I just upload RAW files whenever possible (not for HDR or panoramas) and hope for a bigger sale. No RAWs have been sold so far...

You're going to be bitterly disappointed then, you don't get any extra for a RAW.
No offence but I'd also like to add that IMO anybody that uploads a RAW file to Dreamstime is completely mad.
Hmmm. RF page for an image download has the following pricing:
Additional Format Nikon RAW .nef 8 credits
vs.
Large 3036x2010 pixels 10.1" x 6.7" @300dpi .jpg 3 credits
So it seems I could make more money if someone want a raw image...
The way I look at is a sale is a sale, if you have raw file on your desktop why not sell it. I know you will get a small amount for it but you wont get anything if you dont upload the image and it sits on your hardrive.

Unless they changed something, a subscriber can get the RAW file as any other image, thus paying us 30c only. The same applies to vector files.

you offer the image as a jpeg, so it isnt common that you would miss the sale.
personally, I'd offer raw file if someone was willing macro money, but not for micro
