When I push "Resubmit" it takes me to a page with much verbage, but no obvious way to continue the resubmit process. What do I do?

Had the same problem last week, I gave up trying to figure it out and just submitted the image with changes fresh.

You upload the new file first, then go to the rejected file and press resubmit, then a thumb of the new one should be there to click on

I could never figure it out, so on the rare occasion that I'm in the mood to duplicate my efforts and waste valuable time, I just delete it and upload it again.
