can anyone translate this rejection?

"The Air Balloons category is too big compare to other categories. sorry for the rejection."

or

rejecting an editorial image for lack of model release?

I cannot interpretate the air ballon category....

but for the release to the editorial picture... probably means that the agency does not consider the picture editorial.

nope - they explicitly REQUIRE model releases for editorial pictures

here's the email i rec'd when i questioned this:
"You need to have a permission from people if you want to publish their images (disregarding of the license type).
Unless these people are celebrities.

All of their categories seem to be too big compared to the others, that's why they reject everything so the do not have any recent images.
