To clarify, if you choose the Creative Cloud Photography plan you would get Photoshop and both versions of Lightroom in addition to all the other bells and whistles included in this subscription.

That being said, yes you are correct.

Mat, did anything ever come of the possibility of Adobe allowing the order of keywords in LR (both versions) to be set manually rather than alphabetically. I did like using LR on the iPad etc but ended up sticking with C1 because I could rank keywords for Adobe Stock. Cheers.

This is great news Adobe Stock! Thanks a lot for doing this - absolutely unique to have something like a "loyalty program" for contributors. Fantastic!

Out of curiosity - does anyone mind sharing what their average yearly number of downloads are? Based on most of the comments, Is 5000 an easy goal for most?

Thanks Matt. As always, one of the reasons I put more effort into Adobe than some of the others.

Last year I had 45 video downloads... so that puts me at 360 downloads with the x8 for videos. Should make the 150 without too much trouble, but definitely not the 5000.

Thanks so much!! In a time when most sites are giving relatively less and less to contributors year over year, this is very much appreciated!!

I had over 5k total downloads/year, for the past 4 years (2016 to 2019).

This month I've had 1319 so far... still a day to go though with 3100 this year so far. Last year total was 10k.

Edit. I wouldn't say it's an easy goal though. You have to work hard to get and stay there.

I only submit videos footage and my first thought is that's a really high number, especially compared to the bonus programs of the past couple years.

I have a portfolio of 9000+ videos and I've always though that I have a wide variety of high quality videos, but I've never had 625 sales in a year.

It also doesn't help that my sales have been going down pretty significantly since last October.

I upload 90% videos and 10% images, but i'm in the same boat...after a bit of math i think that
i'll have about 4500 points at the end of the year. At this point i think that i'll invest more time on
affinity suite for vector and raster (or other alternatives) and i'll go with the bonus for After Effects.
'Thanks' to lockdown i have time to learn Bmd Fusion...my plan-B :)
I know that 60€/month are nothing if you are in the business, but MS is a different beast...earnings
are like a rollercoaster, so i think that it's a wise choice to invest time on alternatives.
Said that, thanks Mat and thanks to Adobe for the offer!

If you have a Mac, try Motion 5... it's about $50 and very good alternative to After Effects.

5000 is a good level to set it to I think. Most people who do this full time should be able to get around that. It would be very hard for anyone doing this a as a part time gig, but it's a big reward so that's fine.

The 150 target is nice and generous.

I can make the 150 downloads, but I have and need the full Creative Cloud (animations, so AE, PS, Ill, etcetera) so what could I do with the single CC subscription?

By now, you should have received an email about the 2020 bonus program for Adobe Stock artists. We are switching the program up this year.

Instead of the number of uploads being the qualifier, it's going to be the number of downloads. Contributors with more than 150 downloads between Jan 1 and Dec 31, 2020 will receive a bonus code for their chose of Creative Cloud Photography plan or a single app which yes, one of those apps to choose from is Illustrator if you are a vector artist or Premiere if you are a video producer.

For those of you that have 5,000 or more downloads this year we'll be providing you with a code for the all-apps Creative Cloud. Still images count as 1 download, video licenses count as 8 downloads by the way.

You can see all the details here for additional information: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/royalty-details.html

Let me know if you have any questions,

Mat Hayward

Wow, a 1 year plan of Adobe Illustrator CC? That one worth about USD300. And I only need to have 150 downloads in the whole year? That's pretty achievable, right? Have I interpret the whole thing wrongly?

And I checked my downloads.. and yes, I have already qualified it. Waiting for the code next year.  :D

I think it's easier for photographer to hit the target rather than videographer...

Thank you all for sharing! I mainly contribute to premium and just this year started contributing to the micro/core collection. I might not make the goal but think it's cool for those that can!

I've been paying for the full adobe suite so long I'm just used to it [emoji848]

Yep... I mean 625 video downloads in a year, that's about $20K in earnings. I'm guessing 5000 photo downloads is a lot less.

yes,you're right!!!
they could even place steps...from 150/1000 credits one program from 1000/2000 two programs and so on...

Hi!

First of all: thanks for listening and taking our opinions into consideration! It's a great change that this time we will be able to choose our preferred software - vector artists can choose Illustrator, for example, yay!  :D

Counting videos as 8x regular downloads and basing the bonus more on downloads rather than uploads is also nice. I personally find that this program is more well-thought-out and for the first time is also including me (never used the bonus before, because Photoshop isn't useful for me at all, but this year I already qualify easily for Illustrator and with some hard work and luck, who knows, maybe even for all-aps).

Let's thank all those people spreading everywhere those

"how to get FREE adobe cloud LEGALLY for a whole year"

to the web and social for a few clicks, likes and
"wow man you rock keep them coming".

Like paying a small fee was that bad for most people.

Thanks Adobe and Mat for stepping up the game.

Visualab

Matt may i ask you ,why a videographer needs to earn around 20000k  to get all plan apps and a photographer needs around 2000$(depending on rpd)???
It's huge difference..
Btw i really appreciate the bonus..
