Has Adobe made any changes to Fotolia that benefits contributors?

jatrax

There is an Adobe logo on the web site.  I feel much better seeing it.  So that is an benefit.

So far it seems that the minimum price for an EL has increased from 20 to 30 Credits.

It would be interesting to know what Adobe has changed in marketing, advertising, communication about Fotolia.

I'll tell you one thing; their payouts have slowed drastically.  I've just emailed them for the third time.  I've been waiting until today for my payout which i requested on 2/3... 37 days ago

This is unacceptable, after receiving timely payouts for almost 10 years already.

Pixart

I was paid today, 12 days.

roede-orm

I got my money paid within 4 days.

Try calling on the phone maybe?  There's something wrong here.  My payouts have been coming regular.

Fotolia is the only agency where I have to regularly submit a ticket to support asking why my payment is late (again). Lately it got worse - so no improvement there with Adobe. If there is one thing any agency should not mess with it is payments. Timely payments are the least that they can do. Late payments are such a regular occurrence on Fotolia that I have a standard message on my computer which I simply copy and paste.

I've got someone in customer service emailing the accounting dept for me, in addition to their regular support ticket.  There has to be something wrong here.  I've been with them since day one, a gold contributor; I mean why all of the sudden the delay?  It's not like the payout is an exceptionally large one, either.  Some sort of glitch or somebody may have dropped the ball.

I have more sale since adobe change. But I made a payment request last week and I don't know when I'll get paid according to the issue of other membe here about their payment delay.

Next time you phone Chad could you ask if it's Benito Mussolini or Francisco Franco who was his most influential childhood idol?

I went to see my stats at two of my best performers, SS and Fotolia, with a lot of curiosity last night, since Fotolia is making some big changes now. After an initial  Fotolia boost last week, the things are back to normal, with SS winning. SS fought off another attack. Who is next?

Just wait for lower pay, more profit for Adobbe? You double this month because FL couldn't go any lower for 2 years.
