Adobe doesn't accept PP payment for other than CC products, at least I couldn't find a way to do so.

Apparently, I have to convert my credits 3 times back and forth at the worse rate to buy something from Adobe, I can't believe this is happening.

Any advice, please?

What's so unbelievable about it... I'm assuming that's how you pay for anything in a currency other than your own, unless they accept Paypal? As for them accepting credits, it's unlikely. It would be like an iTunes seller buying a Mac. Some stock places, you can't even buy stock with your credits, let alone something from one of their sister companies.

I find unbelievable that they accept PP for some of their software but not for all software.
No, it's not how I pay, I haven't found yet a place where you can't pay with PP for software.

Thanks for your input anyway.

Yes, that is weird that they don't accept PP for everything. You might send an email to Mat Hayward directly, maybe he can help you figure something out, yeah?

Thanks Cathy.
I don't want to burden Mat with this, I could call their office in my country but I searched in the meantime and it seams this is how they work.

Strange is that they shows me the price in but they don't let me use my master card either, they force me to pay with the Visa card, which is local currency.
Never seen a place where they dictate which card you can use.

Adobe is terrible when it comes to payment options for their software.

Thank you Mat.
Yes, I have to convert first with PP to my country's currency and then back to for Adobe payment.

Thanks for offering to share with the team.
