Are bonus program for illustrator coming ?

Haven't done any new images in about 3 years (only video) and they sent me the Photoshop license...

I recently had a notice about my 2019 code on my Adobe page, but it's disappeared. I gifted the 2018 code to a friend, but she only just redeemed it. Did it expire and have I lost a year somewhere?

The codes are still valid, we removed them from display in the portal after a few months. If you didn't activate your code or make a note of the number please refer to the email you received with the code initially. If you don't have access to that email, you can write to us via the contact us link at the bottom of the contributor portal and we'll provide you with the code.

I misunderstood that it was for last year, and thought it was just saying I'd achieved it for this year and didn't write it down. I will send an email.

UPDATE: Emailed and resolved within about 30 minutes, so thanks Adobe for the prompt customer support.
