Hello Mat! The issue is still not resolved. When I click on the blue bar I get an error message:
"We are experiencing a network outage which is impacting your partner offer. We do not have an estimated timeline for resolution yet, but it's being treated with the highest priority.

It was resolved.

They have experienced another issue with the redemptions so it's temporarily down again. Should be back up and running soon. Thanks for your patience.

Progress? Last announce was in february 2023, I don't think you can have any progress in... probably next six months

I hope you are still following this thread because I have a question :)

If I redeem my complimentary single app plan now, could I upgrade it to all apps plan by paying the difference? Or would I still have to pay the full price for all apps plan even though I have a year of complimentary single app membership?

I hope the question was clear enough.

Thanks for the question. No, you cannot use a single app bonus code to offset the cost of an all apps plan.

Also explain clearly what "training" means in the context of your AI system. Does it involve taking parts of current images to create new ones?

Hopefully AI will kill Adobe's software market share. Someone will create an engine that uses a rival software to do everything Adobe currently does. How does that sound? Sounds like a real possibility to me. Users won't have to know how to use the software. They will just guide it to produce the product they want with text or voice commands. Potentially one piece of software on some cloud somewhere in the world could pump out thousands of business documents a day. AI will take care of balance and form, quality control and output standards. I can imagine business persons just saying, I need a three fold A4 pamphlet and AI will guide them through it.

Am really hoping you follow this thread as I can't seem to resolve my issue through the usual channels. My previous redemption code is about to expire and I have a blue banner saying I'm eligible for a new one but when I click on it I get the message "APO codes not available for this product". I currently have the Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB plan. I sent a message via the "contact us" page 3 weeks ago but haven't received a reply and twice tried the online chat but they've been unable to help me. I now only have 3 days left to apply a new code so am really hoping you can advise me before I lose access to PS

i have exactly the same problems, no reply to my emails, the chat can't help me. My subscription ends on thursday. Mat, it seems you are our last hope :(

Yes, the blue bar was disabled earlier this week. The code is still valid. If you did not copy/save it, please contact support via the contact us link at the bottom of the portal and the team should be able to assist.

I would do this sooner, rather than later.
