I just received the Fotolia Christmas video, and really enjoyed it (even though none of my images were in it!  :D)  Just wanted to say thanks Fotolia, I thought you did a really nice job there - and congrats to those contributors whose work was included.  I loved that animation of a sparkling Christmas tree being drawn!  Merry Christmas and happy new year to you too.

Intrigued by the teaser of what's to come in the new year... I hope it's good for contributors!

any bet that it is NOT good for contributors?
By the way did they tell at which exact date they will introduce the news, I'm very close to my next rank and I don't wanna have this spoiled again :-(

Same here about the rank. Last time they changed it I was a few months away from emerald and they shifted it so emerald was two YEARS away. Now I a finally a few months away again.

Well... I just thought I'd be hopeful 'til the news comes ;)

It said something about a brand new Fotolia to come in 2011, and many surprises.

I've deleted the email, but here's a link to a link posted on the facebook page of Fotolia UK:

ETA:
Can't stop myself from adding that the opening photo of the snowgirl is an image by emmi, one of my favourite ladies in the business.

I'm going to try to be optimistic about the future changes.

I'm not that optimistic either. With all the stuff we have taken from istock, hearing the word "new" and "surprise" from any agency gives me the creeps!
