Hello,

Today, I noticed that one of my 1,600+ videos eligible for the free collection has been accepted, and I received $8 for that video.

However, all eligible videos are still marked as "IN REVIEW."

Based on your previous experience, does the approval process occur all at once, or can it take an extended period of time?

Since the other eligible videos are still "IN REVIEW," I assume more videos may be accepted into the free collection in the coming days or weeks. Am I correct in this assumption?

Same here, one file accepted, but this was the file they accepted last year, so they took it again.

All the others still have in review.

I hope they do another round.

Instead of several thousand videos, Adobe accepted only several dozen from me. Adobe! You are a cheapskate!

Let's hope for more rounds; otherwise, it will be underwhelming at the very least.

They took 70 of my aprox 4000 clips.

Not so bad, it will be my highest payout on adobe (only contributing for just under a year)

But let's see if we get more.

You shot 4000 videos in a year?

No, I produce more than that, currently about 700/month (commercial and editorial)

But I only started uploading to Adobe about 1 year ago. I was long time at SS and P5 because I do mostly editorial. But I realized that I already had quite a bit of commercial footage as well, so started on Adobe.

I'm a little confused myself.

At the moment - it seems the only videos that were accepted - were the videos accepted in a previous year...

And yes - I did notice that others said "in review"... but that message seems to have now disppeared... Maybe it is just a hiccup in their system?
Because yes - they said "you could earn THOUSANDS of dollars!" - and while I wasn't sure if I would get that - I was expecting at the very least a few hundred... and at the moment "0" from the THOUSANDS they said I could potentially earn...

I had videos from last year, nominated another 600 or so this year.

So far nothing and the message has disappeared.  Whether that means they want none at all, including last years or not i dont know.

They approved 36 of 1451 nominated in my case - just the average 2-3% of the nominated numbers.

That message telling you (in my case): "You can earn up to $11.450..." is just a teaser to make you click: Yes send my files to the free collection - and thats fine i guess.

They chose 25 of my clips.  I noticed my daily total was $200 higher than what I can see from actual sales, and figured that was my FREE clip royalties.  I had to dig around to find which ones they picked, as there was no announcement or "banner" that I can see.

I have a portfolio of 3000+ videos .. they choosed 70 videos from my 400 eligible videos for the free collection ... i received 560$ ...

Hmm. Yeah. I had the teaser of close to that amount... and then... nada. While I didn't (necessarily) expect ALL of them to be accepted, I thought maybe around 10% or so, so thought maybe I'd get a couple grand... instead... nada. Hmm...

They may still be reviewing. I think their FAQ said this won't happen all at once.

So, also, maybe those that only had a handful chosen will see additional ones selected later.

For me in review has disappeared.

One free video it is.

Yes, more specifically - it seems only the ones from the previous year got accepted. In my (online) panel it said "you COULD be making close to $10k in FREE ASSETS!" so I thought okay, I'll see what gets accepted so nominated them all. And then (just) got an e-mail now saying 'yep, here's the nominated assets' (under $100 total).

I think its still in-process.
I nominated something roughly in that figure and had "0".  But today got an email saying 5 accepted. So it looks like it wasnt all done at once their end.

Yeah, I'd be surprised if Adobe accepted a lot of videos into its free collection.

Didn't submit any. $8 for a video is way too undervalued.

100% of my nominated was accepted. Which was 1
