Mat can you cancel the payout for me? Or let me know if the payout was made yet?

You posted this in another thread a day or two ago:
“Just wanted to add an update here. It turns out that the reason my account was locked, was because someone got ahold of my Adobe ID and requested a payout of my earnings (over $700). They even set up a fake PayPal account with my user name. Fortunately Adobe got suspicious, didn't make the payout and locked my account. Mat Hayward was a BIG help in getting this mess straightened out. The thief did not get my money, I changed my passwords on ALL of my accounts and my account is unlocked. Thanks to Adobe for protecting my earnings and getting it all straightened out. Be VERY careful with your passwords! If they tried it on me they must be trying it on others as well. I would love to see the dirtbags get caught.”
So how did they get the money anyway?
Calm down, sounds like Adobe will sort it out (I would hope). I once had over $20,000 disappear from my Wells Fargo IRA account. I almost had a heart attack. Today, $700 missing would mean a lot to me, too, so I sympathize.

Really frustrating but you have to take a deep breath and see all options.
Shouldn't you also report to Paypal with some info based on your Adobe transactions or account info to pause any payment from there until resolving the issue? Also on whatever cybercrime office or service exist in your country. Not really knowing procedures, but, you must knock all availabnle doors. Anything is traceable, maybe not for us but for the right people or services.
Hope you get your money and this story end well.

Why would the thief send it to her PayPal account?
What I don't understand is why we are reading this a second time? Last it was someone tried to withdraw after changing password and PayPal, but Adobe blocked that. Allsa wrote Feb. 22nd "Fortunately Adobe got suspicious, didn't make the payout and locked my account."
Now the same again? How do they keep getting your password Allsa, has your computer been infected and they are reading from your system?
Something terribly wrong. Hope you get that solved and no one gets any of your earnings.

My bad English, anything from previous transactions to her Adobe username might be proofs good enough to pause any related paypal money transfer. The thief will be with another email the recepient for user "Alicia" in Adobe, at least that I assumed. Maybe, i do not really know or advise.

And probably my bad reading too? 8)

They may have used my Fotolia password. When I migrated over to Adobe Stock, I didn't realize I still had a separate Fotolia account, with a password - so I didn't change that password. I had also changed my PayPal passwords and the passwords for all of the agencies I have an account with. No other account has been tampered with. I'm hoping it's the Fotolia thing, otherwise I don't know what to do. I'll request a payout as soon as my account is opened and then get payouts whenever I reach the minimum payout amount.

Three days ago you said your account was unlocked and it was straightened out. Something’s fishy here. ???

I;d be thoroughly checking the computer for trojans and malware (and absolutely ensuring random, long, unique passwords for every single thing logged into).
