Title: Invalid Date
Post by: scottdunlap on September 17, 2017, 18:38
For about a month now, when I go to look at my latest downloads, it shows "Invalid Date" for the purchase date. Anyone else seeing this?

I just went to check (I typically use Fotolia to check stats so don't look at the AdobeStock interface for that) and I see dates all the way down the first page.

I assume the downloads you refer to are sales of your own files, not purchases of licenses you made as a buyer?

I'm using Chrome on a Mac - could this be browser dependent?

Mat knows.  It's a bug.

Yeah Jo Ann, it's happening for my sales. I didn't think to go to Fotolia as a back-up, I'll try that.

Good to know Sean, hopefully they work it out soon.

Yes, the engineers are aware. To my knowledge it's specific to Safari. If you try a different web browser you should see the dates listed in the contributor portal.

Yep, works in chrome. Thx for the workaround.
