Hello,
I cannot get help on fotolia, so I'm here now basically wondering if this is a common occurrence:
I've had a payout on fotolia pending for quite some time now. I also have a new amount ready to be ordered. However, I cannot order it because the previous payout is not going through. It remains "pending".
I've contacted support several times, but each time it trails off into nothing.
Is this a common thing? What next?

it takes 2-14 days normaly for payout to be processed.
-
For my last payment, which I received yesterday or a day before yesterday I had to wait ~9 days.
-
Not sure how you contacted support so far, but assuming you used tickets online, why don't you call support the next time?

I never had any problem with FT payout, although they are relatively slow. My last payout request was on 18/3 and I received the $ on Paypal on 27/3. That's 9 days, like Freezing.

I once had a payout pending for about two weeks. Contacted support and discovered it had been missed somehow when payouts were issued. Once they realized that they took care of it and I got my payout.
If you have been waiting for less than two weeks I wouldn't worry about it, but if its over two weeks I second the idea of calling support and talking to a real human being.

oh, so its normal to wait for 2 weeks...
thanks god and you all :) ;D

If you filed a tax returns, it takes 6 to 8 weeks to get your tax refunds. If you subscribed to a magazine, your first issue takes 6 to 8 weeks to arrive. 2 weeks to get paid is not a big deal, considering you 're not the only one getting paid. If you've ever work in payroll or accounts payable, you 'd understand.
It's not like working in a coalmine in the old depression days in UK where at the end of each friday you stand in line and collect your pay in cash 8)
