21 days have passed since my request. I asked support about it and they said they were sorry and that they were going to forward my email to the financial dept. :(

I have just received my FT payment today requested on March 6th, so it took them about 2 weeks. I hope you receive all your payments soon, too!  :)

I also just got paid, my request was from the March 9th - hopefully they are working through their backlog now...

Same here, hope you get your payment worked out.  Just got my pay out.  Placed it on the 1st.  Of all the microstocks they are the slowest, but at least the sales remain consistent there.

I am also waiting Moneybookers payment, sicne 28.02, so is possible there is a problem related to FT with Moneybookers? Well, now remain just to hope that they will sort out soon, because 22 days begins to be unbelievable, with the added 'bonus' of the usual disrespectful behavior of FT when somebody dare to ask something...   :(

please, can you tell me if you use Paypal or Moneybookers and how long has been your waiting? Just trying to figure out if the problem may be Moneybookers, since FT is not too much cooperative in telling us what is going on. Remember at DT once there was a problem with Moneybookers and they promptly informed via the site. Drive me mad when i think why FT cannot do the same? is that so difficult?

I requested payout on February 26th and got paid on March 18th (I use moneybookers). On the German Fotolia forum one of the managers of Fotolia Germany confirmed that they had got behind with payments via paypal and said that they check every payout manually. Don't believe that because it's becoming a regular thing to have to wait for payout for about three weeks (fourth time in a row that I have waited three weeks), regardless of whether you are with moneybookers or paypal.

New day, same situation, fotolia still didn't paid.  :(  This becomes absurd now, I'm waiting since 28.02, I hope they are not bankrupt and we'll get our money one day...

Thank you Pheby for your feedback. Very interesting. I may confirm that the three weeks payment delay was becoming the norm for me too, in the past 4-5 months. This month, is now entering the fourth...

P.S.  Anybody knows the exact date of when FT was founded? It would be useful for an 'experiment' I'm doing (and was already successful with Apple)

Wikipedia says that Fotolia was founded in November 2005. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fotolia
In German fotolia forum one of the admins said that they will process all payout requests which were made until middle of march until the end of this week.

Thank you Philipus. I hope that payments processing refers also to the members of fotolia US as well... I am european, but got stuck in Fotolia US because I was one of first to accept their invitation back then...

Ok guys, minutes after I had a telephone call with fotolia agent in Germany they withdraw the money to moneybookers.  ;D
I wish you all that you'll also get your payout soon. Hopefully fotolia will improve their payout system!

Philupus, you must be a kind of wizard! I got my payment as well, few minutes after you posted this your message...  :)

I have had some not nice feelings and now I am relieved of course, that doesn't change my view of the problem that they should 1- communicate more with us and 2 - change the way they make payments as they do at SS for example, with a fixed date every month. It would simplify their work and schedule.

good day to everybody. Now I better go request the next payment !!  ;)

Still waiting since 01/03 (24 days). Send a message to support yesterday and this is their answer:

"I have reported the problem and they are looking into it. The money was sent, in fact, so now we must see what happened. Problem with moneybooker, I will do my best to help you."

Now this is worrying. Never before had a problem with money disappearing. What do you make of this?

Waiting since 3.03, I shure they have not problems with MB, they respond something nonsensical about "...as fast as they can making sure that they are done accurately after they have been validated". I think reason of delays is obvious - moneybookers users are second-class people for fotolia and their opinions can be ignored.

Waiting also since 02.03 (moneybookers)...i think fotolia is paying taxes out of running business, so constributors have to wait. Last year there was a payment problem at nearly the same time.

I am also waiting since 01.03.  When I asked support they were kind enough not to tell me any strange reasons but apologized and very politely asked for my patience. So I am waiting. The worst thing is I can't start the next payment while this one is pending - and hey, a full months passed!
