Is there a way to see earning stats for several years at AS? I can't find it.
Thanks.

In the contributor Dashboard you have a link View My Statistics above the graph. There you can choose the period of datas you wish.

Thank you Blue. Maybe I am not looking in the right place, I know I could see it before but now it only shows the last 13 months:

You can select past dates, but no more than 13 months in one go.

Their stats reporting is terrible and hasn't been improved in a long time (which leads me to believe they don't give this any priority), but you can get there if you do it year by year

Thank you Jo Ann. I couldn't never guess that I have to stitch all years together.
How original Adobe.

I believe what you're looking for is this:

Go to your Dashboard.

In the top left corner click "Time Frame".

Then in the drop-down menu select "Lifetime".

To the right of that, you'll see your total downloads, earnings, and position.

Thank you Martha. That gives me the total numbers.
I forgot to mention that I wanted to see the graph to compare my older earnings with today's.

Thank you.

Will we get back the possibility of long term annual statistics?

It was taken away a few month ago and i really miss it.

And even for quarterly statistics the 13 month limit is extremely limiting. In my opinion it renders the statistics page almost useless

Amanda_K

I agree, I really liked being able to compare multiple years with the quarterly metric for downloads and earnings.

I agree, the 13 month limit is not ideal. We are aware our statistics tools have a lot of room for improvement. There are resources dedicated to this needed improvement and I'll be sure to update MSG when that happens.

Thanks for your patience!

I would be already happy if you just restore the previous functionality. It worked very well up until 1-2 months ago. Used to be my favourite statistics tool on microstock sites

as always, thanks Mat. Yes, the inherited stats page is awful, looks a bit better than Fotolia's but still very annoying to have to click through so many pages to see stats. Not to invoke those SSDevils but their dashboard is excellent. (or should say, it was).  Glad to hear an update is on the roadmap.

Just seeing now that you can't select multiple years worth of time - which made the quarterly data a whole lot more useful. That seems like a pointless limitation (that wasn't there a few months ago). Yes, stick it on the list of things to fix I guess.

As far as SS stats go - they were pretty opaque about anything that would show long term trends - for example I imagine my lifetime sales would be vaguely like a bell curve - not so motivating.

Is there an option in the statistics to see the $$ and downloads of videos and images separately?

No, the portal does not differentiate between video and image sales in statistics.

Thanks for the question,

Really? $5.99 a month to read the stats on Adobe? I hope that Mat has been lobbying to get us some decent lifetime earnings details for images. It just seems silly to have to go 13 months at a time and collect things on our own. For all the things that Adobe does right, the information about our earnings and assets performance is lacking.

This is why representatives from most of the agencies never come here, or stopped after a small number of visits. People like you who find something wrong with everything. And when they do try to answer you find something wrong with that too? Mat has been here many times before and over many years. The least people here could do is act like adults and a little bit professional?

(neh, just messing with you Pete:) )

I don't see this as an attack on Mat or anything else.

I see it just like Pete as quite strange that an agency with such technical know-how is not able to provide a reasonable statistic or an app - as it is obviously desired by most users.

Especially when it is something that they used to have and removed.

It's just a joke on Pete. He used these exact words on me when I had some critcism on Alamy in another thread where James of Alamy  responded. So never mind. It's just lame Friday evening humor. Have a nice weekend :)

Thanks Zero for the great tip,
just downloaded the free month trial. Looks perfect for what I would like to see. I think this will be a keeper.
