Just thought I'd mention this, in case anyone else is experiencing the same and is as confused as I was...

I've been getting emails announcing sales on Fotolia, but when I've checked each time, my balance hasn't updated.  On closer inspection, these emails relate to sales from an earlier date, but are being announced via email today.

I guess they have some kind of backlog that's recovering itself, as I also had normal and correct emails earlier on, relating to sales from today.

No, since I restarted receiving these emails (which had been gone for probably over one year), they were all recent sales.

I am not receiving anything... bad this month at FT

Oh!  Just me then.  I wasn't expecting that. 

Luis, I had a bad month too.  Yesterday looked more exciting than it turned out to be, given that some of those were old sales.

Almost instantaneous Gmails on sales for me and always has been.

The issue seems to have been isolated just to that particular day, and - by the look of responses here - it doesn't seem to have been global.  Still, hopefully this thread will be helpful if it happens to anyone else in the future.

I get sporadic emails as and when they feel like it, so rhyme or season. I make sales every day, but only get 1 or 2 notifications a week.
