I am consistently having problems submitting images for review.
In a batch of, say, 50 images, all have a green check mark.  I press the submit for approval button (twice) and off they go.  I get the green "your files were successfully submitted" flag.
BUT, only, say, half make it to review.  Going back to the "new" folder they re-appear, and will not budge no matter how many times I try.  I usually have to wait a day, and the next day they will likely go through (sometimes the category field gets deleted and I have to re-enter this).
This happens every day now.  Any way to avoid this?  Am I doing something wrong?

I haven't tried sending any through that ended up back in the "new" section, but I have noticed that sometimes an image shows up as green and ready to submit but the category is missing - the category can disappear or the order can change on its own, so I'd check all the fields to make sure everything is actually in place.

I've submitted as many as 75 in a day, but I usually "submit" them in batches of 10-20 after I reorder the keywords and check the captions, categories etc. It makes it easier to check that all fields are actually completed and haven't mysteriously disappeared or changed. I've frequently noticed that the category order changes on its own, and this way I can change it back. I think a missing category is the most likely culprit. And it could be that you put in a category and now it's mysteriously gone - not a mistake on your end at all.

Maybe try submitting each time after you've reordered the keywords and done everything you need to get say a batch of 20 images ready, rather than sending all 50 or 100 through at once? Easier to check and figure out where the problem is. Good luck!

Nope, happens to me as well. I find the only way to correct it is to submit 1-2 images and then the green tick marks return to the previously saved files.

Yes, small batches seem the only way to get them through.

It may well have something to do with categories.  Although they are all filled out for submission, and get a green check mark, when they get get stuck and don't go through, the next day the categories are all blank.  And the auto-category AI no longer works.  After re-entry of all categories, the images go into review.
On the plus side, out of several hundred images uploaded, I've only seen one where the keywords were deleted and replaced with the AI guesses.

My photos have been up for review for over six months. I have hundreds of accepted photos at other agencies, but for some reason adobe will not accept or reject my photos. Has this happened to anyone else?

Are you sure they are in the review queue and not just the uploaded queue? Check that they are not just in your "uploaded" files but are in the category "in review" - you click on "uploaded" and then click on "in review" - apologies if you know this but six months is unheard of so I'm wondering if they ever actually went through as submitted (you need to add categories and keywords - or delete keywords if you have too many) and then save your changes and hit "submit." If they don't go through when you hit "submit" you will need to do it again and maybe that's what happened with yours?

I think the longest I've ever waited was around a week. Right now I have a few files that were submitted 5 days ago - part of that group of images was reviewed and accepted right away - as I was ordering the keywords for the rest of them, but the rest are sitting there. I don't know why that happens, but six months is unheard of.

If they are truly in review for all that time you should contact Adobe and have them look into it.

With about 3,700 stills and videos up on Adobe, I've never had that problem. Seems to me that WordPlanet may have the best suggestion for you.

Good luck!

Now that I'm reading this, I just wanted to say that my problem of last year appears to have resolved.  After more than 1000 uploads, all operates as designed. Pluse I have not had one image get embedded keywords removed to be replaced by AI guesses.  Onwards and upwards.
