I would welcome again the free LR and PS, although their subscription price doesn't break the bank.

The only app I used from the extended app package I have, is the Encoder, since it offers the option to preserve the native 10 bits for clips.
Without it, I would be forced to fall-back on 8 bits codecs, and that may be a loss for certain customers.
Buying all Adobe apps, when only the Encoder is useful to me doesn't make sense.

As one of the lucky ones to receive the whole package benefit, this would be a HUGE help in the current economic situation, please please please Adobe - same again this year??!!

So it's back to Photoshop CS6 for me it seems....! I use Photoshop way too rarely to justify a subscription most stuff I do directly in my favorite image browser (which is not Lightroom btw). I have this old paid Photoshop version and the retouching features are basically still the same, the only thing I need from Photoshop from time to time.

I envy you. I used to have an old paid photoshop version as well and that is basically all I need. I also don't use lightroom.
Unfortunately it started to cause hiccups with my computer and I had to deinstall it. Took me forever to find out that it was the cause of it. Sadly I need photoshop scripts and I haven't found a suitable substitute for it, but as soon as I do, I am also out of the crappy subscription model.

I need PS/LR for daily work and rely heavily on plugins sucha s LRTimelapse so there are no alternatives for me there.

However ive spent the last month learning Resolve Studio as a potential Premiere/AE replacement and it has to be said im starting to much prefer it.  No monthly subscription.

Chances are i'll continue paying for LR/PS but wont pay for any video or other packages and will migrate.
