I've not been able to get a vector file uploaded to Fotolia. I've met all of their file specfications Zip archives and all the rest. Their support has looked into the problem but seems they're not interested in closure on this one.

This is the message I get:
Errors
Unable to upload file: Archive.zip, reason: Format [AppleDouble encoded Macintosh file] not supported

I was wondering if anyone had similar problems or perhaps a solution?

Sounds like it's to do with the way the zip file was created/ saved rather than the eps or jpeg therein.
Have you tried using a different program to do the zipping?

I've been using DropStuff. Could be time to download a new version.
Thanks

I had this problem with another site (never on Fotolia though). If you are using Firefox, try using Internet Explorer (that fixed my problem on the other website). Do not use the latest WinZip, some sites are not able to recognize its compression jet. I use WinRar to zip my files (just choose Zip option and not RAR).
I am sure one of these 2 will fix your problem.

If you're on a Mac, you should just use their built in one. Just hold down Control and click on the file and select Compress. I used to use Dropstuff, but had problems with it. Or you can probably still submit SVG files too.

I didn't know it was built in the Mac.
It's working for me now. Problem solved. Much appreciated!
